Workshop – Data Analysis for Mass Spectrometry in Proteomics

This half-day workshop will introduce participants to modern analysis workflows for quantitative proteomics, including data pre-processing, identification, quantification and basic statistical analysis. Participants will work on example datasets using open-source tools and will be encouraged to bring their own questions and use-cases.
