Seminar – Advanced Fluorescence Microscopy in Live Cells

The talk will review several advanced fluorescence microscopy modalities and their application to the observation of protein dynamics in living cells. Examples will illustrate how to choose appropriate labelling, imaging conditions and analysis strategies to address specific biological questions.
