Presentation

The SPIN team is an interdisciplinary research group combining expertise in organic chemistry, physical organic chemistry, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, molecular modeling, and chemical biology. The pivotal point of the team’s research activities is the use of organic chemistry to address fundamental questions in molecular reactivity but also to design responsive and bioactive chemical tools to visualize biological processes and develop novel therapeutic strategies. SPIN sustains strong connections with industrial partners through multiple patents (including licensed technologies), prematuration/maturation programs, and collaborative contracts. Industrial valorization is further supported by translational chemistry activities in catalysis and by startup initiatives emerging from neuroscience-oriented chemical probe development.
